Telegram has launched two new web app called Telegram WebZ and WebKit. The new apps have a sleek design with some changes and features such as animations, dark mode, and stickers.

Telegram claims to believe in internal competition and has therefore released two versions of its Web app. According to the Telegram, both of the new apps operate quite well on mobile and desktop.

Both new web apps have animated stickers, dark mode, chat folders, and other features. According to Telegram, Version Z and Version K have some major features that are yet not fully implemented. Telegram also welcomes users feedback to further improve the features.

If you open the Telegram website, you will find Telegram WebZ and Telegram WebK listed under the “Web Apps” subhead.

You must have the Telegram mobile app installed on your device in order to use these applications. When you enter your phone number to log into each of these applications, you will receive a message with the code in the Telegram mobile app. The other choice is to log in by scanning the QR code.

Telegram launched Voice Chats 2.0, which allows live voice chat with an unlimited number of participants

The Telegram WebZ app lacks a bell icon to allow alerts, but it does have a colourful backdrop. Telegram WebK, on the other hand, provides a shortcut in the address bar for simple installation.

Both the apps “support most of the features you likely need for your day-to-day Telegram usage”, says Telegram in a blog post. When WhatsApp revealed a change to its privacy terms earlier this year, Telegram was one of the alternative applications that saw an increase in new users.
