Samsung stated on Wednesday that the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event will be held on August 11. Samsung teased the release of its two new foldable phones, which are said to be the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 and Flip3 prices have been revealed ahead of Galaxy Unpacked event on August 11. The Galaxy Unpacked event will start on August 11 at 10 am ET (7:30 pm, IST).
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3, Galaxy Z Flip 3 expected price
European website LambdaTek is already listing Samsung’s new folding flagships, The Galaxy Z Fold 3 in 256GB storage model is priced at EUR 1,678.51 (approximately Rs. 1,47,400) or EUR 2,031 (Rs. 1,78,400) with VAT. Its 512GB model, on the other hand, is priced at EUR 1,783.10 (Rs. 1,56,600) without VAT or EUR 2,157.55 (Rs. 1,89,500) with VAT.
The LambdaTek website lists the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 with 128GB storage for EUR 978.13 (Rs. 85,900) or EUR 1,183.54 (Rs. 1,03,900) with VAT. Its 256GB model costs EUR 1,029.20 (Rs. 90,400) or EUR 1,245.33 (Rs. 1,09,400) with VAT.
The somewhat uneven prices are explained by the fact that LambdaTek primarily serves industrial customers instead of end-users. For comparison: The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G is currently being offered on the manufacturer’s website for 1,349 euros, while the Galaxy Z Fold2 is available for 1,799 euros. Compared to the leaked prices from Korea, both models at LambdaTek are significantly more expensive.
