Apple may launch iPhone 13 series in September 2021. Meanwhile, The iPhone 13 Pro Max prototype hands-on video hints at Larger Camera Sensors and a smaller Notch. The latest iPhone model, which is expected to be part of Apple’s 2021 iPhone lineup, tends to have a thinner notch than the iPhone 12 Pro Max.
The iPhone 13 Pro Max is also expected to have a brand-new camera setup with larger sensors at the rear. The rumour mill also claims that the iPhone 13 Pro Max would have a 120Hz camera. However, this cannot be determined based on the dummy video.
Unbox Therapy on YouTube has released a hands-on video of the alleged iPhone 13 Pro Max prototype. The prototype is said to be derived from China. It indicates a significant increase in the size of the camera modules as compared to the iPhone 12 Pro Max.
Moreover, there are three camera sensors in iPhone 13 Pro Max dummy model as iPhone 12 Pro models. It also has a LiDAR sensor and an LED flash in the rear camera module.
Apple is also expected to make minor colour improvements to the iPhone 13 Pro Max over the iPhone 12.
The dummy displays the iPhone in Graphite colour. However, the shade of the colour looks a bit darker than the iPhone 12. Although the antennas look lighter than those seen on the iPhone 12 Pro Max.
According to the video, the iPhone 13 Pro Max can also have an improved notch that is smaller in size. Aside from the height, the dummy suggests that the notch on the latest iPhone model might house the earpiece on top.
In contrast to previous iPhone models, the earpiece is now located in the centre of the notch. Despite offering a thinner notch design, the earpiece’s location could have been changed to make room for the TrueDepth camera system.
