Instagram has announced a new feature in its bio section that will allow users to add pronouns to their profile. The new feature currently made available in some countries.
Users will be able to save space in their bio write-up that they would have otherwise provided to defining their pronoun, thanks to the new field. The pronoun will appear in the Instagram profile next to a user’s name.
When you start typing a pronoun, a list of matches appears underneath it, and you must choose from this list. So you will not be able to type any text into the box, but will instead have to choose from a chart.
