Fitness band Fitbit Luxe with a Jewellery-like style was launched in India. Fitbit Luxe comes with many health and fitness features found on almost all high-end fitness band.

Fitbit collaborated with Laguna Beach-based jewellery company gorjana to create the Fitbit Luxe Special Edition. Fitbit Luxe comes in two styles: a Parker Connection Bracelet in soft gold stainless steel and a swimproof classic silicone peony band.

Fitbit Luxe price in India

In India, the latest Fitbit Luxe will be priced starting at Rs. 10,999. It will be available in a variety of silicone band colours as well as a woven design that wraps around your wrist.

The price of the gorjana for Fitbit Luxe Special Edition will be Rs. 17,999. Fitbit will provide six months of Fitbit Premium for free with new purchases.

After the six-month trial period, Premium subscriptions will cost Rs. 99 per month or Rs. 999 per year. It will be available in 175 countries and 18 languages.

Fitbit Luxe features, specifications

SpO2 blood oxygen saturation monitoring is coming soon to the Fitbit Luxe. It is water-resistant up to 50 metres. It has a call, email, and mobile alerts, as well as a DND mode, timer and stopwatch functions.

The Fitbit Luxe is classified as supporting Bluetooth v4.2 connectivity and has a battery life of up to five days. Three-axis accelerometer, optical heart rate monitor, vibration motor, and red and infrared sensors for oxygen saturation (SpO2) monitoring are among the sensors onboard.

For those who prefer running, walking, or hiking outdoors, the Fitbit Luxe has a colour AMOLED touchscreen button-less monitor with 20 different on-wrist workout modes, including golf, pilates, spinning, or tennis.

The watch monitors heart rate 24 hours a day, records steps, distance, and calories burned during the day, tracks menstrual health, and provides comprehensive sleep monitoring.

The Fitbit app also monitors the breathing rate, heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate (RHR), and skin temperature variance in order to detect any unexpected changes in behaviour that could indicate stress, exhaustion, or a cold.

Fitbit Luxe also provides a sleep score that lets you better understand your sleep quality, and bedtime reminders will help you develop a more regular sleep routine. Premium able to view deeper sleep statistics.

Fitbit Luxe also comes with stress management features, including a stress management score based on your exercise, sleep, and heart rate. Premium members will receive a comprehensive overview of their stress management ratings, which will include details on your exertion, sleep habits, and responsiveness.

Food, hydration, and weight logging are some of the other health tools available. Active Zone Minutes have also been added to encourage users to improve their wellbeing by reaching a weekly target of 150 active zone minutes.
